For nearly two decades, I've led teams and consulted for fast-growing companies, from international award-winning corporations to startups in the US, UK, Canada, France and LATAM. Through tenured leadership roles such as Head of Global HR, Managing Director, Head of Strategic Initiatives, and Head of Business Growth, I've built and managed globally collaborative teams across diverse countries, including Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, France, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada, the Netherlands, Mexico, Venezuela, the Philippines, the US, the UK, Canada, and more.
